Due to COVID there are no returns available once the product is shipped.
Any losses or damages during or due to shipping will be replaced.

When ordering waistbeads please make sure you measure the area you want them placed correctly, starting at the "1" on the measuring tape so that we are all measuring the same.
Orders cannot be returned for resizing.

Wire and Chain Items
If you pop them once they have been applied (within1 day after delivery) they cannot be returned. 

Tie On Waist Beads and Anklets 

Please make sure to tie your tie-on beads tight and correctly. If you pop your beads once they have been tied they cannot be returned.
